1:1 Psychotherapy & Counselling
I offer a warm, compassionate and confidential space for you to explore and process life events. Counselling can also help you to manage issues, find coping strategies, and gain fresh insight into whatever it is that you are dealing with. I understand how important it is to find a therapist you feel comfortable with, which is why I offer a free initial telephone consultation. Sessions are £60 an hour. I offer a reduced rate of £55 to student/trainee counsellors.
Clinical Supervision
I offer Supervision using Hawkins and Shohet's Seven Eyed Model. Using this approach, together we can look at all aspects of your practice in our sessions. I offer a FREE initial 20-minute consultation to discuss your supervision needs. I charge £75 for 1.5 hours of supervision to qualified counsellors, £70 for 1.5 hours to student counsellors or £35 for fortnightly student supervision.
Face-to-Face Counselling
If meeting in person is important to you, then book to see me in my comfortable, relaxing counselling room in Northwich, Cheshire (CW9). This allows the opportunity to keep your therapy exploration separate from your home life. This is convenient for anyone looking for a counsellor near Sandbach or Middlewich, or psychotherapy close to Holmes Chapel. It also provides easy access from surrounding towns and villages, including , Knutsford, Winsford, and Warrington.
Online Counselling
For convenience, I can offer online counselling sessions, having completed specialist online counselling training. I offer sessions UK-wide via the telephone or on video call (Microsoft Teams), which may feel more comfortable having support from your own safe space.
ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I experienced counselling myself as a young person. This for me was life-changing. Ever since, I have been on a mission to make sure young people don’t go through the same challenges that I went through and feel alone. This lived experience provides me with a great deal of empathy and understanding.
I am a BACP Accredited counsellor and clinical supervisor. This accreditation means that my practice, knowledge and development have been assessed as compliant with the BACP's higher standard as an experienced, competent, ethical and independent practitioner.
I work with adults, as well as children and young people and can offer both in-person and online sessions (telephone or video call).
I am a registered and approved provider for several insurance providers, such as BUPA, AVIVA and AXA and welcome clients accessing counselling through their health insurance.

EXPERIENCE
I have had over nine years of experience working with adults, children and young people with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, and relationship or family issues. I also have years of experience working with adults and children in the bereavement sector, in both charity and Hospice settings. Having provided therapy for a wide range of people and issues, I'm generally happy to work with whatever you may bring.
