1:1 Psychotherapy & Counselling
I experienced counselling myself as a young person. This for me was life-changing. Ever since, I have been on a mission to make sure young people don’t go through the same challenges that I went through and feel alone. I understand how important it is to find a therapist you feel comfortable with, which is why I offer a free initial telephone consultation.
Sessions are £50 an hour. I offer a reduced rate of £40 to students aged 18+
Clinical Supervision
I offer Supervision using Hawkins and Shohet's Seven Eyed Model. Using this approach, together we can look at all aspects of your practice in our sessions. I offer a FREE initial 20-minute consultation to discuss your supervision needs.
I charge £60 for 1.5 hours of supervision.
Face-to-Face
If meeting in person is important to you, then book to see me in my counselling room in Northwich, Cheshire (CW9). This allows the opportunity to keep your therapy exploration separate from your home life.
Online
I offer sessions via the telephone or on video call (Microsoft Teams) which offers that flexibility and convenience factor and it may feel more comfortable for you having support from your own safe space.

ABOUT ME
I offer a warm, compassionate and confidential approach for you to explore and process life events. My counselling sessions will provide you with a safe place to offload, find coping strategies, and help you gain fresh insight into whatever you are dealing with.
As a BACP registered counsellor and supervisor I can offer both in-person and remote sessions.
I understand how important it is to find a therapist you feel comfortable with, which is why I offer a free initial telephone consultation.
EXPERIENCE
I have had a number of years of experience working with children and young people in a mental health charity with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm or relationship or family issues.
I also have experience working with adults and children in the bereavement sector, both in charity and hospice environments. Having provided therapy for a wide range of people and issues, I'm generally happy to work with whatever you may bring.
